Certificates and Statements of achievement (SOAs)
Certificates or statements of achievement for all 2024 T Level learners will be issued at the start of November 2026. You can view example documents here
Learner records
Please ensure your learners record is correct in the Manage T Level Results service with the correct spelling, capitalisation and punctuation.
You must inform the relevant Awarding Organisation to make the change in the service as a matter of urgency.
Certificates and statements of achievement
T Level learners that have successfully achieved ALL components of their T Level (Core, Occupational specialism and industry placement) will automatically be issued with a T Level certificate in November following the end of their second year of study.
T Level learners who have achieved one or more, but not all all components, but have not been withdrawn from their course will automatically be issued with a Statement of Achievement in November following the end of their second year of study.
Where a learner's overall result subsequently changes (e.g. following re-assessment of the Core or Occupational specialism or later completion of the industry placement) an updated certificate or Statement of Achievement will be issued automatically.
Certificates and Statements of achievement will be printed and sent to providers, who must issue them to the learners. Providers will need to confirm the address to which certificates and statements of achievement should be sent.
Requesting statements of achievement
For learners that are withdrawn from their T Level prior to the completion of the second year of study, but have successfully completed one or more components, providers may request a Statement of Achievement if required (this will not be issued automatically).
When a learner withdraws from their T Level course, the provider must inform the awarding organisation as soon as possible. Once the awarding organisation has updated the learner’s registration status in the Manage T Level Results service, the provider will be able to request a statement of achievement for that learner through the service.
Reviews of Marking and Moderation (ROMMs) and Appeals
Overall T Level certificates will only be issued in November 2026, if the Review or Marking and Moderation (ROMM) or Appeal have been closed down in the Manage T Level Results service.
Overall results will be recalculated and an updated document issued, if applicable following the closure of the ROMM or Appeal. Find out more here.
For any queries regarding the outcome of a ROMM or Appeal, please speak to the relevant Awarding Organisation.
Your organisations postal address
Certificates are printed and issued to your organisations address as listed in the Manage T Level Results service. You can check or change your organisations address before 31 October here.
Note: the service uses Royal Mails postcode search functionality. If this isn't correct for your organisation, you can select the option to add your organisations address manually.
