Certificates or statements of achievement are issued to learners via their school or college in November following the release of overall results each summer.
Replacement documents
Where applicable, replacement documents for learners can be requested by schools and colleges through the Manage T Level Results service.
Documents are printed (usually within a week but can take up to 3 weeks) and delivered to the school or college address as listed in the Manage T Level Results service.
There is no cost to schools, colleges or learners for replacement documents.
If the learners name is incorrect in a printed document, the relevant Awarding Organisation needs to make the update in the Manage T Level Results service. Once complete, schools and colleges can return to the service to request a replacement document.
