Deadline for entering any missing or updated information ahead of certification

If there has been any recent change in the industry placement completion status for any of your learners, please update learner records in the Manage T Level Results service no later than 31 October 2026 to ensure learner certificates accurately reflect attainment and overall results.
Learners’ overall results are recalculated in the service overnight, following any changes to the industry placement status. Updates will be reflected in learner records in the service, including downloadable PDF results slips, the following morning.
