New Ofsted Insights: Exploring T Level Health Deep Dives

We are excited to kick off T Levels Week with the launch of an incredible new series of resources featuring input from Ofsted! This three-part video series explores Ofsted deep dives with a focus on T Level Health, starting with an introductory video that examines their scope, the roles involved, and what to expect. A New Three Part Resource Series on High Quality T Level Delivery

We are excited to announce the launch of a brand-new three-part video series designed to support providers in delivering high-quality T Levels. This resource offers invaluable insights and practical strategies drawn from the experiences of leading teams at Bexhill Sixth Form College and South Devon College. Watch the videos here. 

Update your T Level Industry Knowledge

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) offers Industry Insights Workshops as part of their T Level Professional Development offer, which is fully-funded by the DfE. These bite-sized, online events equip T Level staff with up-to-date industry knowledge, current and emerging technologies and demonstrations of the tools and techniques used in specific sectors.

Explore the exciting range of live workshops available this term by visiting the ETF website. 

We want your feedback on T Level assessments 

With work on waves 1 & 2 already in train, we are now kicking of our work to review wave 3 T levels in: Manufacturing, Processing and Control for Engineering; Maintenance, Installation and Repair for Engineering; Design and Development for Engineering; Finance; Accounting; and Management & Administration.

As part of this, we want to hear more from providers on their experience of T Levels; in particular, the content and delivery of assessments. This includes holding a series of workshops with providers, which you may have been invited to take part in.

To support this, we have sent a survey to all providers who have delivered assessments in these T Levels, please complete the survey here.

Please do take this opportunity to share your feedback by 5pm on Fri 29 Nov. It will play a key part in this review work, and in the ongoing development of T Levels.

Eduqas and EAL

To support providers in the delivery of their new T Level in Building Services Engineering for Construction for first teaching in 2025, Eduqas and EAL have produced a timeline of activities. This will be regularly updated and is available here.
