These resources provide employer engagement colleagues with drafted lines to take in response to the most common objections or challenges that employers raise.

Guidance

Employer engagement colleagues can use these as a reference tool to support communication with employers, these should only be used in response to questioning.  These provide a starting point for your response, for some of the topics it may be that within your school / college you have alternative arrangements which need adding in.
