Employer declaration forms for providers claiming against their Employer Support Fund (ESF) allocation for the 2026 to 2027 financial year.
Providers must ensure all claims are legitimate and upload the signed employer declaration form to the online claims tool (along with supporting invoices/receipts, for SME placement claims only).
