Masterclass Recording: Student readiness and preparation for industry placements
This was delivered on 16 July 2026.
This masterclass introduced a suite of practical resources developed through the T Level Co-Lab networks to support student readiness and preparation for industry placements.
We explored:
- what effective student preparation looks like in practice
- tools and approaches to build confidence, behaviours and expectations
- resources to support students, parents/carers and providers
- how readiness links to successful placements and employer confidence
The focus was on practical approaches and tools that can be used to better prepare students and improve placement outcomes.
