T Levels: Industry Workshop - Industry Insights Workshop - Health and Science - From T Level Placement to Industry Professional

We invite all T Level Health educators to join Madison Dunkley as she reflects on her journey through the T Level qualification, shares the value of industry placements through her first-hand experience, and discusses the advocacy work she now leads to expand and improve placement opportunities for future learners.

Madison completed her T Level in Health and Social Care in 2025, earning the prestigious Southeast T Level Student of the Year Award. Now fully qualified, she works with Medway Community Healthcare as a Community Respiratory Therapy Assistant.

In a remarkably short period of time, Madison has spoken at major conferences and networking events, including sessions hosted by the British Medical Association. She is now working towards her goal of completing a Physiotherapy Degree Apprenticeship with Medway Community Healthcare at the University of East London in 2027.

In this workshop we will explore:

• a first-hand overview of the T Level journey
• the skills and knowledge needed to progress directly into a healthcare career
• insights from an industry placement with Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells
   
• the importance of advocating for industry placements and educating local teams on the value and impact of offering opportunities to future learners.
