What's the opportunity?

A 4–6 month secondment with the Department for Education to help design and deliver new Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.

Who is it for?

Experienced school or college leaders with current responsibility for hands on curriculum planning and delivery for Level 2 and/or Level 3 technical and vocational provision.

What will you do?

Shape qualification models, develop guidance and resources, test content, and bring real provider insight into deliverability.

Time commitment and location:

Minimum 3 days per week; remote or DfE offices (Coventry, London, Sheffield, Manchester).

Pay & support:

You’ll stay on your institution’s payroll. DfE will provide IT kit and covers travel/subsistence as per DfE policy.
