After T Level results day

After results day, schools and colleges' T Level results lead should:

  • ensure learners who want to appeal grades or pursue marking review are supported to do so, for example they have spoken with teaching staff
  • ensure that learners going through clearing are aware of the process
  • should there be any changes to the learner’s industry placement status, update learner records in the Manage T Level Results service by 31st October to ensure T Level certificates or Statements of Achievement that will be issued in November are accurate

Reviews of Marking and Moderation (ROMMs) and Appeals

Providers should contact the relevant awarding organisation to request a review of marking or to appeal technical qualification results. The deadline for contacting the relevant awarding organisation is 24 September 2026

Should grades be changed by the awarding organisation as a results of a ROMM or appeal, overall results in the Manage T Level Results service will be recalculated overnight.
