The DfE has also commissioned other organisations to provide a comprehensive support offer for T Level providers:

Association of Colleges (AoC)

Providers who register to deliver T Levels can access preparation support delivered by the AoC. This provides one-to-one support with planning a high-quality T Level offer. All eligible providers are encouraged to take up the support offer.

This support is available:

  • 2 years before your delivery date if you are delivering T Levels
  • 1 year before your delivery date if you are delivering the T Level Foundation Year

AoC have also created a number of guidance resources to help with implementing industry placements. These include ‘how to’ guides, tools and templates, workshops and video case studies.

For more information on the support available from the AoC please contact tlevelsupport@aoc.co.uk or visit AoC Home | Association of Colleges.

Education & Training Foundation (ETF)

The ETF’s T Level Professional Development Platform offers online and face-to-face workshops, e-learning resources, mentoring, networking, and industry collaboration. At the core is a range of subject-specific training which provides practical help to everyone involved in the planning and delivery of T Levels.

The ETF also commissions T Level Resource Improvement Projects (TRIPS), which enable practitioners, managers, specialist provider staff and employers to create, test and develop local, regional or national T Level resources.
