10th July - T Level Newsletter

T Level Results Day Toolkit

The fourth cohort of T Level students will be receiving their results on 14th August 2025.

The results mark the culmination of years of hard work for thousands of young people and their teachers and pave the way for students’ next steps to skilled work, further technical training or university

We would love you to get involved with marking this moment and celebrating the successes of T Level students, teachers and employers.

To help support your communications activity we have developed a T Level provider toolkit, containing a range of content to help you celebrate and share your successes. Celebrating T Level results day this August - provider toolkit – T Levels support for schools and colleges

Deadline for changes to learner industry placement status

Any late changes in industry placement completion status for 2023 learners must be updated in the service no later than 31 July 2025 to ensure accuracy of T Level results. Find out more here

Now available for use: DfE T Level Foundation Year (TLFY) national certificate template 2024/25

The T Level Foundation Year national certificate template and accompanying guidance for 2024/2025 students has been sent to the named Foundation Year lead within your organisation. The certificate can be issued to students to recognise their hard work and success in completing the programme this year, alongside any other certificates they may have achieved on the programme.

If you would like to arrange the certificate template to be resent, or if you have any questions on its use, please email the T Level Foundation Year team directly on TLevel.FOUNDATIONYEAR@education.gov.uk

Update - T Level industry placement Employer Support Fund

All providers delivering T Levels to learners in the 2024 to 2025 or 2025 to 2026 academic year received an email in June setting out their specific allocation for the Employer Support Fund. The deadline for providers to opt into the fund was 5pm on Monday, 7th July.

Important note: The deadline has now passed. If your organisation did not opt into the ESF, we have assumed that your organisation has decided not to participate in the Employer Support Fund. A full update is available here.
