Employer Support Fund – Provider allocations

We will shortly be emailing all providers with your allocation and Grant Offer letter for the T Level industry placements Employer Support Fund (ESF) for financial year 2025-2026.

Employer Support funding will be available to support placements starting on or between the 23rd April 2025 and 31st March 2026.

We will publish an update on our T level support for schools and colleges website and providers will then have a two week window to respond and opt into the fund.

If your organisation has not received your Grant Offer Letter by the end of June please get in touch with us at employer.supportfund@education.gov.uk

 

Results day is nearly here – start your preparations

Please familiarise yourself with what you need to do to prepare for T Level results day this August using our guidance here and the timeline of events.

T Level Foundation Year national certificate template 2024/25 - now available

The 2024/2025 T Level Foundation Year national certificate template and guidance has been sent to the TL/TLFY leads in your organisation today, Thursday 19th June. 

You can use the template to recognise your students hard work in completing the programme and it will sit alongside any other certificates they may achieve from qualifications taken on the programme.

T Level Foundation Year - AoC events

T Level Provider Insight Day - St John Bosco College, London, Wednesday 9 July 2025, 9:30am - 3pm  

The event will feature presentations from senior leaders and marketing, employer engagement and curriculum teams and is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights from a current T Level/T Level Foundation Year provider.

Peer Learning Networks

These T Level Foundation Year networks are collaborative sessions designed to share best practice, resources and positive outcomes.

The meetings are held termly or as needed by providers and are a platform for questions and problem solving. The following events are online and at no cost:

NCFE:

Generation 2 Education and Early Years specification now available: NCFE has shared details about the Generation 2 development and the new qualification specification for the T Level in Education and Early Years. This specification will apply to any students entering their first year of this T Level in September 2025. Visit the webpage to learn more about the changes and read the FAQs.
