T Level Thursday is two weeks away!
T Level Thursday on Thursday 8th February marks a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the success of T Level and T Level Foundation Year students and providers, so do get involved and celebrate all things T Levels!
- If you haven't already, please download the T Level Thursday toolkit to help you plan how you will support the day.

Specialist Equipment Allocation: Monitoring Form due 26 January 2023
This is a reminder to all providers who received SEA funding as part of Wave 4, the deadline for returning the Monitoring Form is Friday 26 January.
It is important that this form is returned to us, so that we can confirm that your use of the allocation is compliant with the regulations set out in the T Level Capital Fund Guidance and your grant offer letter. Completing the form is a condition of funding set out in your grant offer letter.

Employer Support Fund survey – responses by 31st January
The Employer Support Fund is designed to support employers with legitimate costs incurred when offering a T Level industry placement. As part of our evaluation of the fund, we are grateful for providers who opted into the ESF in FY23-24 to share views on the importance of the fund and how it has supported you to secure industry placements. Please complete the survey here by 31st January 2024.
As part of our evaluation of the fund it is vital providers also continue to submit evidence of payments made to employers via our Employer Support Fund Online Tool in a timely manner.

New teaching resources to support teaching of Digital T-levels
A suite of new teaching resources and practical guidance on macro-sequencing to support the delivery of Digital T-levels has been launched by Gatsby’s Technical Education Networks (TEN) programme. The free resources designed to bring industry and the classroom closer together and developed by a network of specialist teachers, employers and industry professionals are available to download from www.technicaleducationnetworks.org.uk.
The teaching suite of materials includes animations, video content, slide decks, and worksheets and includes guidance on macro-sequencing in collaboration with the Association of Colleges (AoC). Further resources to support teachers of Health and Science T-levels will be available in February 2024, with other routes to follow. Pearson’s January E-Bulletin was published and included the following:

- 2024 Provider Approval window
NCFE:
First term-time checkpoint open to ensure the timely delivery of VTQ results: NCFE recently shared their plan and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of vocational technical qualifications (VTQ) results for learners in 2024 and beyond. If your centre runs one or more of the qualifications in scope of this year’s arrangements, you must complete the actions required for the first term-time checkpoint, which is open now, and will close on 9 February 2024. Please note that T Levels are in scope of these arrangements this year. Find out how to complete the required actions.
