AoC T Level Mentor/Mentee Project: Enhancing Excellence Together
The Association of Colleges is excited to introduce a new initiative aimed at enriching T Level delivery!
Introducing the T Level Mentor/Mentee Project
We believe that the key to fostering excellence in T Level education lies in the collaborative sharing of experiences and best practices. Therefore, we would like to announce the launch of our T Level Mentor/Mentee Project. This project is designed to bring together the wealth of knowledge within our community to enhance T Level delivery and promote its development.
Why Participate?
Mentors, or buddies will act as experienced guides, share insights into the T Level educational landscape, providing valuable guidance to mentees. By participating, mentors will have the opportunity to contribute to the professional development of colleagues, offer constructive feedback, and act as inspirational role models.
For mentees, this project offers a unique chance to actively engage with experienced mentors, acquiring knowledge, skills, and experiences that will significantly benefit their T Level journey. It's a platform for personal and professional growth, where mentees can seek advice, and innovate their planning and delivery models.
How Can You Get Involved?
If you are an early wave T Level provider in delivery or a provider in planning, we invite you to be a part of this exciting initiative. Your experience and expertise are invaluable, and your participation will play a vital role in shaping the future of T Level education.
The initial commitment involves mentor/mentee buddy pairs meeting at least once per month over a three-month period. This collaborative effort will focus on sharing knowledge, setting goals, and developing plans and delivery objectives.
We're Here to Support You
We are looking forward to working with you to create a dynamic learning experience and elevate T Level education to new heights.
Your participation is a crucial step toward a brighter future for T Level students and educators alike.
If this sounds of interest, or you would like further information, please contact Peter Baker (T Level Programme Manager at the AoC) via AoCTLevelMentoring@aoc.co.uk.
