T Level data collection closes tomorrow - 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 providers
The May 2023 T Level data collection will close TOMORROW 12 MAY 2023.
It is critical for all providers to complete this data return and to ensure it is an accurate reflection of your delivery plans, as we use this to plan for revenue and specialist equipment funding.

In order for your T Level learners to receive complete and accurate results on A Level and T Level results day this summer, it is essential that you confirm within the Manage T Level results service whether students have completed their industry placement. T Level Transition Programme Introductory Webinars – 7th and 12th June, 2023
The Association of Colleges (AoC) are delivering two webinars for T Level providers who are considering delivering the T Level Transition Programme for the first time from September 2024. The webinars will take place on Wednesday 7th June, 15.30 – 16.30 and on Monday 12th June 2023, 16.00 – 17.00.
Purpose: To give providers who have signed up to deliver the T Level Transition Programme from September 2024:
- further information about the T Level Transition Programme, including where it fits within the overall landscape following the Qualifications Review;
- an introduction to the programme Framework for Delivery and National Technical Outcomes;
- an outline of the provider delivery support available to help them develop and deliver their T Level Transition Programmes, and details of the set expectations of participation in the support programme.
Audience: Senior leaders from 2024 T Level providers and 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 T Level providers currently not signed up to deliver the T Level Transition Programme who will be responsible for overseeing development and delivery of the T Level Transition Programme, and Curriculum leads or Head of Departments for the T Level Routes you plan to deliver.

Technical Focus Groups: Preparing for the Holistic Delivery of the T Level Transition Programme
This will be your final chance to attend a Technical Focus Group to receive advice and guidance for designing your TLTP to be holistic and how to best prepare students for progression to T Levels. This event will be delivered regionally across the country to allow for as many participants as possible. When booking, please ensure you have selected the correct location. As this round of events are in person, there is limited availability for attendance. Please see the links below to book now to avoid disappointment!
The purpose of this event is for you to collaborate with educational specialists, your AoC advisers and network with other providers who are also planning for delivery. The event will look at all components of your programme to ensure they are holistic, effective and are designed to best prepare your students for progression to T Level.
Technical Focus Groups are for all providers who are planning to deliver the T Level Transition Programme. The events will be delivered by Technical Education Advisers (TEAs) who have played a key role in designing the National Technical Outcomes (NTOs) that form the content you are planning to deliver.
This event is aimed at staff who will be involved in the delivery of the technical content of the T Level Transition Programme, for example, teachers, lecturers, instructors, curriculum leads, curriculum managers, to include the curriculum specialists for each route, English, maths, digital and employability skills specialists.

Awarding Organisations Updates
IfATE
The Agriculture, Land Management and Production (ALMP) T Level has been approved by IfATE for first teach in September 2023. The approval of one remaining occupational specialism (Livestock Production) is expected soon and will also be ready for September 2023.
A new occupational specialism in Cyber Security has been approved and will be included in the Digital Support Services T Level from September 2023.
NCFE
Request approval to deliver NCFE T Level Technical Qualifications
The approval window (for delivery from September 2023) is now open for NCFE’s T Level Technical Qualifications, listed here. It’s important that you complete the process to deliver the Technical Qualifications as soon as possible. This will help to ensure that you have the right level of resources, staffing and support in place to successfully deliver the qualifications from September 2023. Find out more and gain approval now.

City & Guilds
Employer-Set Project (ESP)
The ESP delivery window for Building Services Engineering, Onsite Construction and Management and Administration will close on 12 May, which is the final day to upload evidence to Walled Garden. If you have any questions regarding the ESP, please contact the Technicals Quality team via technicals.quality@cityandguilds.com. If you need support or have queries regarding uploading evidence, you can also refer to the Employer-Set Project assessment process guide.
Occupational Specialism assignments
For Providers delivering the second year of Building Services Engineering or Onsite Construction, the delivery window for the Occupational Specialism assessments will close on 19 May. This is also the final day to upload evidence to the Moderation Portal. If you need support or have queries regarding uploading evidence, you can also refer to the Occupational Specialism assessment guide.
Exam Administration Guide Webinar
If you are involved in exam administration or invigilation, this webinar will provide important information and instruction on City & Guilds dated exams process for summer 2023, including T Levels. The webinar on 16 May will cover activities to complete prior to the exam, during the exam (such as invigilation certificates and instructions on completing the exam stationery), and instructions on returning scripts after the exam.
