During your day at Scolmore International you will:  

  • Take part in a site tour and a session on installing and programming smart home technology, looking at its benefits for smart homes. 
  • Learn about the different ranges of lighting and sustainability - TM66 Creating a circular economy in the lighting industry now available.
  • Lighting design including interactive lighting projects and BIM.
  • Look at incorporating home safety (fire protection).
  • See demonstrations on Scolmore LMS CPD training for staff and students.
  • Hear about the latest impact of legislative changes on the electrical industry and the new regulations which apply BS7671 wiring regulations. 
  • Take part in a Q&A session with key staff, including Jake Green, Head of Technical Engagement, and Neil McManus, Technical Engagement Engineer. 
  • Networking opportunities with other providers.
  • Refreshments and lunch provided.
