With an MBA in Strategic Facilities Management, James stays committed to the strategic direction of the team, Trust, and estate. James is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Manager, Fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management, and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. His values—honesty, integrity, and empathy—are shaped by 23 years of Army service as a construction engineer.
