Speakers: Laurence Sutton is a Leadership Coach and development professional - Qualified Chartered Legal Executive, retired Senior Business Manager with a successful demonstrated history of working in legal and public service environments. He was a member of the Department for Education T Level panel for Legal Services. Sue Lenkowski was an Associate Director at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors from 1997 to 2009. She was responsible for trainee recruitment and learning and development at the firm and also held the position of HR Director on an interim basis twice. Sue left the firm in 2009 and set up her own consultancy business – Sue Lenkowski Ltd. Alongside a range of L&D and HR projects, she has been heavily involved in legal Apprenticeships and the introduction of the new Solicitors Qualification Exam for trainees.
