T Level Coverage

The third cohort of T Level students received their results on 15 August 2024, achieving a fantastic overall pass rate of 88.7%. Providers shared their students’ achievements on social media, and it was great to hear T Levels mentioned in the media alongside A levels, including in this post from the Prime Minister! We also saw some great media coverage, below is a selection:

• Explainers about what T Levels are, highlights from results and where you can go with your T Levels were included in the live reporting from the Mirror. The print version also featured an interview with former T Level student Zoe, who has gone on to do a degree apprenticeship with her industry placement employer, Lloyds Bank.
• BBC South East interviewed Sydney, who had just completed her construction T Level and is due to start a degree apprenticeship in the construction field.
• BBC Bitesize outlines what T Levels are, the subjects on offer and where students can find out more
• T Level student Brandon talked about why T Levels are a ‘much better way to study’ in this BBC News Leicester article.
