T Levels: Industry Workshop - Education & Early Years - Building resilience and managing wellbeing in children with Ollie and His Super Powers
Join Ali Knowles, Author & Creator of the Ollie Method at Ollie and His Super Powers, as she explores building resilience and managing wellbeing in children.
Ali has her own private therapeutic practice in Cambridgeshire where she works with people of all ages, helping them to remove limiting beliefs, fears and phobias, and negative emotions. Ollie was created to disassociate an issue from a child, to enable the use of child-friendly language about how our mind works and why we feel what we feel, so that we can engage children in change and work in an empowering way. Ollie allows children to take an active role in working through their issues and finding positive empowerment helping them to be the best version of themselves.
In this session Ali will be sharing:
- The Ollie ethos
- The reasons why Ollie was created and how the method is used
- How does Ollie help children to manage their emotions?
- Working within schools and alternative provision schools
- Working within the NHS and medical practices
- Building resilience and tackling self-belief in teenagers
There will also be plenty of opportunity for discussion and a chance to put your questions to Ali during the session.
