T Level Coverage

T Levels form part of the national Skills for Life campaign, but lots more activity takes place to raise awareness. This includes targeted PR, partnerships with education organisations, social media and influencer activities. Here are some examples of coverage from the last six months:

  • In January the Sun online featured the Midland Metro Alliance of employers who worked with T Level students from Thomas Telford University Technical College
  • Partnerships with careers organisations raise awareness of T Levels with young people looking for their next education steps, including Springpod and Not going to Uni 
  • A partnership with Snapchat resulted in video case studies from three T Level students studying Health and Early Years T Levels, and a Digital T Level
  • Case studies featured on social media from former Digital T Level student, Tom from Fareham College, and Alec from Derby College who is now a construction apprentice
  • Case studies from T Level students published on the Amazing Apprenticeships website from former Digital T Level student, Joe, and former Construction student, Alex
  • T Levels Week in October 2023 saw providers sharing their T Level student achievements across social media with over 900 mentions for #TLevelsWeek. IfATE published this case study from former Education and Early Years student, Kassia and the Local Government Association shared how Councils are using T Levels to create a talent pipeline for their workforce
  • In the run up to results day in August 2023, BBC Bitesize published a detailed explainer on T Levels
