Key dates for T Level surveys and data collections

There are several important T Level surveys and data collections for providers to complete this year. The ones you need to complete will depend on whether you have students that started in 2023, 2024 or plan to recruit students in 2025, and we will send you a link to the ones relevant to you:

• April: The T Level data collection will ask about future delivery intentions for all T Levels and T Level foundation year programmes. This collection is essential for those wishing to receive a revenue funding adjustment to reflect T Levels for the 2026/27 academic year and must be completed by 9 May.
• June: The 2025 T Level recruitment survey will ask providers offering T Levels in 2025 about the number of new offers of learning accepted so far for T Level study.
• September: A T Level enrolment survey will be sent to all providers expecting to enrol new T Level students in 2025.
• September: The T Level data collection will ask about future delivery intentions for all T Levels and foundation year programmes. This collection is essential for those wishing to receive a revenue funding adjustment to reflect T Levels for the 2026/27 academic year and must be completed by 10 October.

Additionally, this is a mandatory requirement for every provider with 2023 students coming to the end of their T Level programmes so that T Level grades can be issued in August:

• June: All providers with 2023 cohort students must use the Manage T Level results service to submit data on industry placement completion for students reaching the end of their second year of study. This data should be submitted to the service by the 13 June 2025 with any late amendments, by exception, to be submitted no later than 31 July 2025.
