Key dates for T Level surveys and data collections

There are several important T Level surveys and data collections for providers to complete in the next 6 months. The ones you need to complete will depend on whether you have students that started in 2022, 2023 or plan to recruit students in 2024, and we will send you a link to the ones relevant to you:

• March: The 2024 T Level Recruitment survey will ask providers offering T Levels in 2024 about the total number of applications they have received so far for T Level study in September.

• April: An industry placement sourcing survey will collect information on any remaining gaps for the 2022 student cohort.

• April: The T Level data collection will ask about future delivery intentions for all T Levels and T Level foundation year programmes. This collection is essential for those wishing to receive revenue and specialist equipment funding and must be completed by 10 May.

• June: An industry placement sourcing survey will collect information on progress with sourcing placements for the 2023 student cohort.

• September: A T Level enrolment survey will be sent to all providers expecting to enrol new T Level students in 2024.

Additionally, this is a mandatory requirement for every provider with 2022 students coming to the end of their T Level programmes so that T Level grades can be issued in August:

• June: All providers with 2022 cohort students must use the Manage T Level results service to submit data on industry placement completion for students reaching the end of their second year of study. This data should be submitted to the service by the 14 June 2024 with any late amendments, by exception, to be submitted no later than 31 July 2024.
